This policy explains how Loha.dev LLC ("we", "us"), a New Mexico limited liability company, handles personal information collected through loha.dev and when you contact us. Apps we publish may have their own privacy policy, shown in the app and on its App Store listing; where they do, that policy applies to the app.
Information we collect
- Project inquiries. When you use the "Build my app" questionnaire we store your answers as you go, the message and files you choose to upload, and, when you submit, your name, email and company.
- Device and location data. With an inquiry we record your browser user agent, language, time zone, screen size, referring page, IP address and an approximate city, region and country derived from that IP address.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
- Correspondence. If you email, call or message us, we keep that correspondence.
How we use it
- To review your project, reply to you and prepare a proposal.
- To send you a confirmation email when you submit an inquiry.
- To understand how the site is used and to keep it secure.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Convex (database and file storage), ipapi.co (IP-based location lookup) and our email provider (sending notifications and confirmations). We may also disclose information when required by law.
Retention
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to discuss and deliver your project and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing matt@loha.dev. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
loha.dev is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
